Shipping

Orders are generally processed and shipped out within 2 to 3 business days during our hours of operation. Please see our About Us page for hours.

We use one of the following ground shipping carriers to ship orders depending on the weight and location.

       USPS
       FEDEX
       UPS

Tracking will be made available to you as soon as it is available.

Shipping costs are currently set at 18% of the order total.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with the order, you may file a claim within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. To file a claim, please email support@mieces.net and include the following information:

       Order #

       Product #

       Desired solution: credit or replacement?

       Pictures of the damaged item/package

Upon receipt of your request, we will provide further instruction on how to proceed. Refunds or replacements will be issued upon receipt of returned merchandise.

To ensure a successful return, please adhere to the following guidelines:

       All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, free of excess tape or labels.

       Merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, with all original components and all product labels.

       Authorized returns must be shipped within 7 days from the return approval date.

       No merchandise can be returned without prior authorization from Mieces Limited.
       Unauthorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for the return freight.

       Undamaged or returned merchandise must be in the original cartons.
       Returns not meeting these criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for the return freight.

       Mieces Limited is not responsible for any damage caused by the weather.

       Due to handcrafted techniques, product colors and finishes may vary.
